Returns & Exchanges

At C4 Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and equipment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on equipment and exchanges for roasted beans within 14 days of delivery.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to our roastery.

Refund Processing

After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
