Moccamaster is hand-made in the Netherlands by Technivorm

Forget the notion that filter coffee is the poor cousin to espresso. While other filter machines roll the dice when it comes to the coffee they produce, the Moccamaster is certified by the SCAE, the SCAA, and the ECBC to brew within industry-recognised parameters.

The KBT model brews directly into a 1.25L thermos carafe, no hot plate.

We advise preheating the carafe before your brew by rinsing it out with some hot water. This will help to maintain the temperature of the coffee.

The carafe comes with two lids, a mixing lid and a travel lid. Leave the mixing lid in the carafe after brewing. It will keep the coffee hot and it will pour perfectly. The travel lid is used when you take the carafe with you, in say, the car.

Requires Moccamaster #4 (100pk) or Filtropa #4 (40pk) paper filters* (both available here at C4).
